A US lawsuit quickly followed and people are all rushing to get onboard the class action lawsuit.  It is only a matter of time before law enforcement cracks down on other scam companies like Cprime bracelets and forces them to refund customers.  There is absolutely no scientific data that backs up any of the claims these con artists are claiming.  Power Balance was just the biggest and first to fall.  When will the other bracelet manufactures be brought before a judge and ordered to stop ripping people off?

Companies like Power Balance and Cprime bracelets use snake oil sales tactics to trick people into thinking a piece of rubber and foil will help them.  These people are looking for anything that can give them an easy advantage over their competitors.  They all want the easy way out and these scam bracelet companies are making a killing off the opportunity.  They are using trick demonstrations and fake patent claims to confuse customers.  America is sick of this type of BS and customers are more informed these days.  If you hear of anyone trying to rip someone off with one of these scam bracelets you need to let them know their rights. 

People have been spotted scamming people at malls, gyms, and even little league sporting events.  These MLM scammers are preying on people during the down economy.  They are making claims of helping people and getting rich quick.  Power Balance and Cprime bracelets both make claims that they have a super secret technology.  They claim this technology will block body waves and somehow improve balance and strength.  The only thing they really improve is the sleazy salesperson’s bank account.  How are people still able to defraud consumers in this day and age?  How could a company like Power Balance and Cprime Bracelet make it to the shelves of some of America’s largest retailers?

Irenew a Scam? Maybe?

Finally after waiting on hold, going through the sales pitch on the recording, and going through my free processing process, THANKS!  We get to the end and they quickly blow by that will be $36.75 for shipping. I’m like wth did you just say about shipping?  And the grand total came to over 80 bucks.  This irenew has got to be a scam to charge $80 dollars for two fake pieces of plastic.  I mean really is this even fair, but after you have waited on the phone for so long I was so hyped up I had to get them.  Well after a week of having it I can tell you I want about $75 of my money back.. When you boil it down to what it really is it is just a fashion piece for the gym.  It is something to talk about and to show people the cool trick you do by pushing and pulling someone.  See how many of your friends say, hey I want one of those but never actually get one.  Watch and see how many think irenew bracelets are a scam just because of the outrageous shipping but free processing.  This is $5 worth of fashion accessory and $75 worth of marketing.  Below is my receipt for the bracelet.  My advice would be to by a used one from amazon.   This does not help when people call Irenew a scam. That’s right all PB bracelets are fake and the country of Australia has issued an apology for their deception to foolish American consumers.  It’s true Americans will buy anything and now they have fallen for super human powers.  This is just another fine example of consumerism at it’s best or worst.

Do people really believe a hologram, piece of foil, magnet, or bio antenna are real technologies for augmenting our bodies?  Obviously there is becoming a big market for these fashion forward devices.  People want to do anything can to give them an advantage over their competitors.  What happened to the good old days of fair competition?  I have news for people who spend all of their time looking for ways to cheat the system, you waste all of your time and you never get ahead.

So for anyone that has been tricked by the EFX bracelet scam or maybe the irenew bracelet hoax, you are not alone.  Even Shaq bought into these rip offs and he needs to apologize to us too.
